Gstaad is an upscale resort in the Bernese Oberland region of the Swiss Alps. Whilst Gstaad is known for its luxury hotels and shopping, international schools and celebrity residents, it is also one of the largest ski areas in Europe! The entire Gstaad ‘Super Ski Region’ has 6 sectors, over 70 lifts and 150 miles (250km) of trails.
Gstaad sits between four valleys and about 60% of the runs are classed as easy and 30% as intermediate. Advanced ski runs are dotted around the area and the Tiger Run is the legendary steep ski slope on the Wasserngrat. Ski touring is also very popular in and around Gstaad in the Winter months and there are easy tours and challenging routes which are better enjoyed with a local guide.
In Summer all these routes provide for some great hiking and biking too. Our portfolio includes a beautiful detached chalet in the small village of Rougement, which is located about 5″ drive from central Gstaad and within a short walk of the Gstaad ski area.
