Chalet Spa Niseko One is an ultra-luxurious home which is able to accommodate 12 to 15 guests. This includes up to 6 adults in 3 king size bedrooms and 6 children in 1 family bunkroom. There is also the option to accommodate an extra 3 guests (making a total of 15 guests in Hokkaido One) by adding a further bedroom (for guest’s own staff) or a Japanese double futon in the library and office facilities for guests.

For larger parties, Chalet Spa Niseko One & Two can be rented together to offer a similar standard of luxury accommodation to a larger guest group of up to 27 or to a smaller VIP group with security and personal staff which wants to have the security, space and comfort of two of the most sought after Niseko properties located together with ski-in access.
